Object 2 View

When you import objects to your scene they are usually placed in the world centre x=0, y=0, z=0. However, when working with large and complex scenes like architecture, landscaping and such, it might get tedious and cumbersome to move your newly imported objects into the place they need to be. This script will help you out!

Select objects or hierarchy and run the script – your stuff will be repositioned right where your camera is looking at. Simple as that. Cool, isn’t it? No, not cool at all:) It seems that Cinema has such functionality on her own. Go to Structure -> Axis Center -> View Center. It does the same as my script. Damn it:) I wish I knew that before I made this code.

Any ways, I am posting it online in case you want to take a look at the actual code and what is happening behind the scenes. So enjoy:)
